Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

My dh was able to fix our internet using a modem from our old house, it's slower, but it works.

We are having chicken gyros tonight. I picked up two rotisserie chickens at Costco the other day, along with pitas without the pocket. tzatziki sauce, lettuce, kalamata olives and some feta cheese.

For lunch...the leftovers from last night, some flat iron steak and twice baked potatoes.

Breakfast....everyone is on there own this morning. Kiddos are straggling down after the late game last night, so english muffins or cold cereal.

Dinner tonight will be a big sausage lasagna, garlic bread and a gigantic green salad! I can hardly wait!

Lunch...chicken nuggets (I'm cheating today...they're from Morningstar Farms ), carrots, grapes, cheese shapes (we punch a shape out of cheese slices with our cookie cutters) and water.

Breakfast was hot chocolate and warm bread....it's snowing here!

Breakfast - creamy raisin oatmeal and a mango/strawberry/orange smoothie

Lunch - twice baked potatoes with bacon and cheese(sweet potatoes for the littlest guy)

Dinner - Hillbilly Spaghetti Pie recommended by Mary Chris last week

I probably should give my children tea or something - they are all sleepy heads after Superbowl late night.

For dinner, probably Shepherd's Pie with ground turkey. Although I don't know if we have potatoes or mashed potato flakes...so maybe stuffing instead, with gravy mixed into the turkey? Hmmm, I'm kind of sick and dizzy all of a sudden so I'm not thinking clearly at all!

I think lunch will be balogna sandwiches (a special treat for my dd who helped dh shop! ) and strawberries. Yum!

Dinner will be Mandarin Orange Chicken, steamed rice, and brocolli.

Lunch will be sandwiches, hotdogs (I love Trader Joe's nitrate-free beef hotdogs!), etc. for the kids, and a big 'ol salad for me.

Breakfast is every man, woman and child for themselves around here. DD just walked by with a bagel and cream cheese. I'll have oatmeal.

Baked chicken, potatoes or rice, green salad and some other veggie (I have zucchini and a couple of other things...).

Lunch is grilled cheese sandwiches and leftover Super Bowl chips and brownies.

Dinner is My Big Fat Greek Stuffed Peppers (from Saving Dinner), tossed salad and bread. I know, I should have had them on Saturday in honor of St. John Bosco!

Lunch was toasted ham and cheesy with leftover leek and potato soup and crisps.

I think we'll have cheese quesadillas and mixed white and sweet potato homefries. Or maybe the homefries with fried eggs on top. Nothing challenging.

Lasagna, garlic bread and salad here, too!

My mother is coming over to help me get some organizing done (does that tell you how desperate I am to be organized?) and dh coaches ds10's baseball practice tonight, so it will be eaten in shifts!

lunch was PBJ on tortillas...a favorite of my littles...and banana.

Breakfast: eggs and home-made biscuits that were left-over from Saturday. I'm happy to share the biscuit recipe if anyone needs one...

Lunch: homemade pizza and spinach salad...we had company for lunch which made it fun...

Dinner: my 11 year old is cooking on Monday nights now, as per her request! We are having pasta alfredo, broccoli and kielbasa/smoked sausage. In theory it should be good!

I have left over fried chicken, so I googled it and came up with a recipe for fried chicken-maccaroni salad. I used a yogurt base, mustard , onion, diced apple and hard boiled eggs. red grapes to top it off. I hope the troops like it as much as I do! Here goes.............

Chucking the meal plan - dh is late - chicken tomorrow. Pasta and ??? tonight.

(This sounds suspiciously like "jam yesterday and jam tomorrow, but never jam today" - ack!)
