Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Tonight I am going to try Hillbilly Spaghetti Pie. Did you see her kitchen??? I'll throw together a salad and maybe some bread. Yesterday I bought some valentine m&m's, maybe the kiddos will want to whip up some cookies.

Crockpot pork roast, veggies and potatoes (yummy orange sauce...), from Cheap. Fast. Good!, one of my favorite cookbooks.

Wine Sauce Chicken
Mashed Potatoes/Gravy
Salad

I guess when I was planning I didn't notice we were having mashed potatoes two nights in a row. Shoot! Oh, well the boys love 'em. It's just the girl that won't touch potatoes!

Fried chicken, rice, and green beans. Brownies for dessert as we are celebrating my oldest child's baptism day (if a bit late due to the miscarriage).

We are having our priest over; so, I'm making meatloaf (actually making two to deliver a meal to a friend whose baby is already two months old ), mashed potatoes, cauliflower, and peas, and hopefully some crustless apple pie for dessert!

We're going out tonight! It's a parish school fundraiser at Claim Jumper. Even though we don't go to the parish school, as a parishioner, I feel it is our obligation to support it...when going out to dinner is involved!!

The steak is marinating and I'll make twice baked potatoes, too. Probably a side salad to go with it.

Fun-looking blog!

Some Italian style pork chops I got the recipe for off of Food tv (alla pizzarolia or some such, lol). Leftover mashed potatoes, and some sort of non-starchy veggie. Green beans, likely (we've had peas and corn already this week, lol).

Roast chicken, baked potatoes, and brussels sprouts. Maybe some baked apples for dessert.

Korean Bulgogi Burgers with loads of Kimchi and thin sliced radishes piled on top.

Dh and I have been craving Kimchi lately and though it's windy as heck out there today, it is super warm and nice so I'd like to BBQ as another cold front is due to push through Thursday night into Friday.

My parents are taking us out to eat at their country club. Wednesday nights kids eat free including drinks and desert! You can't beat that! My brother and sister-in-law are coming with their 4 kids, too. It should be a lot of fun!

Still thinking. It's a snow day here, -6C, lots of wind. We'll want something warming. Soup? Corn pudding? We've got lots of bread hanging around, and I'm baking berry yogurt cake for snack and tomorrow's breakfast.

Ham and potato soup and a lovely green salad.      It's snowing like mad here, so we want comfort food.

Review: my son gave it five stars.

We are having beans with a ham bone cooked with them. I think I will fix some corn bread too. Not the most exciting meal, but one of those end of pay period and don't have much else kind of meals I usually cook them in the crock pot with garlic and onions, but due to my highly sensitive nose I am going to cook them on the stove so I don't have to smell them all day

Country-fried steak and baked potatoes...provided my finicky oven cooperates...otherwise it will be mashed potatoes...and a green salad...there, now I am committed!

I might be nice and let my kids make some cookies...

Channa Masala and rice to bring to our Wed. potluck (did I say that last week as well??).

Mary Chris, how many people do you think that Hilbilly Pie would feed? It looks good....
