Throw the leftovers in a soup or stew. Or serve over biscuits, that's a favorite any time of day here. Yum.

We don't have gravy often but when do (like from KFC take-out) I like to freeze it to use in pot pie or something like that.

I freeze it and then just throw it in stews, chilis, potpies, casseroles, etc.

if you have leftover meat at all.. I chop it up and mix into the gravy and serve over any starch, pasta, rice, potaotes, bread.. we like this so well that I actually make chicken gravy to start with.. just chop up the chicken and cook it and make it into gravy and usually serve over rice.. it makes for a much cheaper meal since I can use considerably less chicken.

Oh my gosh! I remember my mom serving us gravy bread for lunch using leftover gravy heated and poured over (white ) bread slices. That brings back memories and I remember loving it. I never make gravy except for Thanksgiving and I usually need my mom to help me get it just right!

Is it meat gravy or cream gravy?
Cream gravy I heat up with a can or two of tuna and serve over toast or rice. Yum.
