Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

(Maybe this is wide spread knowledge for some, but for me it was totally new.)

A super easy way to get the dust out of throw pillows/down pillows.
This is very important for our family as we have dust and mites allergies.

Place pillow in a plastic trash bag and place nozzle of your vacuum cleaner in the opening, pulling it tightly shut. Turn on vacuum and watch the pillow diminish in size in no time! Remove from bag and toss it back on the sofa!

I was so thrilled with this method , that I just had to share it with you all.

I have just resumed suffering with asthma, and even in the short time I am settling the babes in the family bed for sleep, I start to wheeze, and at night it is just awful. I wil be trying this tip tomorrow! Thanks.
