My guest closet is full, I mean FULL of boxes of photos, albums, slides and negatives. I need to whittle this down and am not sure how. Photography(and scrapbooking) is a hobby of mine and some of the pictures are nice but I only have so many display areas-KWIM? I can't toss them.
I am now digital. I got a digital frame for Mothers Day and LOVE it. I can see my favorites all day long.
But, I still have that closet.
HELP!!!!

sounds like you need to start digitalizing the other so that you can get rid of the clutter and just have it on disk.

I think my FIL got a scanner that can scan the slides without having to get prints etc.

I am all for decluttering but just a quick caution: PLEASE have plenty of back up copies (both online and on disk physically removed from each other) if you go strictly digital. Also, keep on top of format changes so you don't end up with a bunch of pictures that the future generations of computers won't read.(Imagine my having pictures on 3 1/2" diskettes - remember those?)
