I always thought brown rice had a lot more fiber than white rice. But reading labels, I see that most brown rice has 2 g fiber per serving, while white has 1 g. I have found a brand that has 3 g fiber per serving, but that's the highest so far. Is there a higher one out there? I am trying to go whole grain/high fiber as much as possible.
