Should you brine just a turkey breast or no? It is a 9 pound bone in whole breast.

You can brine any kind of meat, I think.

I haven't made a turkey in a couple years, but the last two I made were brined and they were incredible. Made me like turkey again. I don't think you can screw up the brining except maybe from a food-safety point of view. Just keep everything cold all the time and you should have no worries there.
