Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I read a neat trick for making sponge stamps in Parents magazine this month ...

You cut a shape out of a clean sponge and hot glue gun it to a laundry detergent cap. It makes a nice size handle for little hands!

I made one yesterday (very quick and easy) and you can see it in this post.

Now I'm just waiting for the next laundry jug to finish up!

Dawn -- this is a wonderful idea! I've been saving the measuring cups from the BIG spigoted detergent barrels and now I can make a few of these. I wonder if there's a way to dehydrate the sponge to make it easier to cut and then rehydrate before gluing onto the top????

VERY nice job on the bags ... and you can get the little ones pretty inexpensively at the craft store .... sounds like an outing today!

Throw them in the dryer to dehydrate. Spritz with a bit of water to rehydrate.
