Hey y'all -- I'm assuming many of us are starting on Monday so here's an

apple for each of you teachers!

With the rush that will probably occur around here on Monday, I thought I'd jump the gun a bit and post our craft-of-the-week today. MaryM and her crew came and helped us with this one. Here's a link to my4th Simple Craft-of-the-Week post...enjoy!

We finished our week 4 craft. Thank you Mary G. We haven't done weaving and my dd5 had a hard time understanding what she had to do, but she finally figured it out.

Ds7 caught on right away.
The big kids are still working on different designs.
I put pictures up on my blog.

Monday is starting to be our art project day, and that is great, the kids look forward to something new to try.
This was a wonderful idea that Sarah from Plainsong had.
