I am posting this question everywhere I can think. I am currently 9w4d pg. I found out yesterday that in 3 weeks my progesterone level dropped from 27 to 17. My doc and mw are not concerned because I am still within the normal range for first trimester, but I can't help but worry I had my level rechecked yesterday and am waiting to hear about that. I have been using the progesterone suppositories this entire pregnancy as a precaution because of 2 recent losses. Now today I feel too good. I had been having lots of nausea and that seems to have disappeared. Has anyone had something like this happen in pregnancy??
Thanks,
Beth

Prayers, Beth.
I have had three miscarriages, so for each pregnancy I am prescribed a progesterone suppository as a precaution.
Keeping you in my thoughts.

Good news is that I am feeling lousy since this afternoon and the bad clams I had to deal with this evening have nearly sent me over the edge. Right now I am feeling too icky to worry Still waiting on the lab work...

Praying! And this seems funny to say but I'm glad you are feeling worse. You know what I mean.
I *did* have something similar happen in pregnancy. She's 12 now. My levels were much lower than yours though - I went from my "normal" of 12-17 (on suppositories and/or shots of progesterone) to a FOUR. Even the docs were worried, as my HCG stalled as well. After that pregnancy I was never monitored as closely (switched docs) and so I don't know if it ever happened again.
and praying that everything is fine.
ETA: I also had hours/days around that time where I would start to feel good and wonder what was wrong.

Amy, thanks so much for sharing your experience. I, too, have never been monitored like this in pregnancy. Because of my recent losses we are keeping an eye on things. For all I know my 3 term pregnancies proceeded in exactly this manner.

Ok, just heard. Progesterone unchanged. So, this is good news. Doctor said not to worry, said to stop checking levels and that God was was looking out for me
