Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Does anyone do something like this, eat like a queen, commoner, pauper? I'm loving it for a lot of reasons, to include improved health. My digestion is better and I'm not experiencing energy lows as often during the day.

Anyone?

Love,

hmm hadn't really ever heard of that.. but I have heard of eating the bigger meal midday.

And I know that eating protein at breakfast helps reduce blood sugar fluctuation all day..

I eat some nuts within an hour of waking. I do believe that the increased amount and variety of protein I take in during our main meal at breakfast time really is helping in this respect.

Love,

I've never heard of it but find it interesting. I am TERRIBLE about having breakfast....usually my cup of coffee and if I'm lucky a smoothie but then nothing till lunch and even that isn't very nutritious so I end up snacking all afternoon until dinner. I'm going to have to start thinking about adding in some protein as Jodie suggested to see how that helps my energy level and check out teh article. Thanks Angie!
