We always seem to get sick a lot during cold/flu season. We haven't gotten anything yet this year, but I dread the sound of the season's first cough or sniffle. Once it comes, it seems to stay all winter. Argh.

Help me out here- what's your cold/flu season regimen? How do you keep your family healthy in the cooler months?

Sarah, were you looking for something different than is being discussed in this currently active thread on cold/flu thread? There are lots of great suggestions there for general prevention as well as remedy.
