Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I have a dd that is always stuffed up. I am assuming she is allergic to something. We haven't done any formal allergy testing. I was just wondering what food allergies could cause this so I could maybe start with an elimination diet before taking her in for standard allergy testing. Any one have any experience with such things?

Thanks!

..also consider the possibility of vaso rhinitis - not allergic but caused by other things (eg my pregnancy congestion)- toughest to treat

Dairy and wheat can do it, but my 14 yo son has been congested in the nose for ages and it finally disappeared this month when he started using Rhinocort.

We'd done an elimination diet and added both homeopathic remedies and allopathic AND the nasal irrigater. Sometimes the sinus/nasal passages become inflamed and stay that way, I guess.
