Can someone direct me to a health food sit that would Sambucus Syrup. I am in need for my children, I ran out pretty quick but it is like 11 for 4 oz.
What are the recommendations for bronchial and immunity?

I buy mine from the Vitamin Shoppe, both online and in the store. I give the kids a teaspoon a day when someone starts showing signs of illness.

Sambucol is sold at CVS and RiteAid. Not sure if it's the same thing though. It's about $12 a bottle.

My preference is Quantum Elderberry Extract.. it's a small amount but you use it by DROPS (15-30 for adults and half of that for kids) not teaspoons.
Makes it really easy to give to the kids simply because the amount is so little.
I haven't bought it online.. but if you just do a websearch (like google) on the name it should come up with a bunch of different stores selling it.

you could get dried elderberries and elder flowers and make a tea with them. that might be cheaper for how much you can get. I like using http://www.herbalcom.com
