Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Has anyone tried these new products?:

IRVINGTON, N.Y., Sept. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Prestige Brands Holdings,
Inc. announces the launch of Chloraseptic(TM) Allergen Block and Little
Allergies(TM) Allergen Block. These over-the-counter products use an
innovative scientific-based approach to help prevent nasal allergy symptoms
by blocking allergens in the air on contact, before they enter the nasal
passages. Allergen Block products, sold under the Chloraseptic(TM) brand
for adults and the Little Remedies(TM) brand for children, are topical gels
which are applied outside around the nostrils. The products can be used
year-round as a preventative measure against outdoor allergens in the fall
and spring, as well as indoor allergens during the winter.

The Allergen Block products are drug-free, easy-to-use, and without
systemic side effects. These gentle topical gels may be used safely in
conjunction with other OTC or prescription medications.

Love,

Angie, I was looking at a product like this just today when I went to Walgreens to buy a neti pot. They appealed to me because I'm suffering some serious allergies right now for some reason (worse than I ever remember!) I opted for the neti pot for now, but if I don't get some relief soon, I may try one of these.

I just talked with a friend who saw a local news clip that claimed you can use petroleum jelly in the same way and get results. I tried to do a quick google search but didn't find anything...and now I'm off to make dinner.

Love,

I thought of the giant tub of aquaphor I have in the cabinet and wondered why it wouldn't work! I may try it today - I've already sneezed 12 times this morning!

Let me know how it goes. I've been suffering some serious allergies lately too. It's been awful. I usually get seasonal allergies but this time it's really bad.
