I peeked in on your exercise adventures over July and see that you'll continue for August. You seem to be having fun and that seems so motivating so, I'll join in the fun, too.

Brief intro: I do HapKiDo 1x/wk. That is one strenuous workout. But it's only once/wk. I have a Y membership and am trying figure out a way to have my daughter occupied while I work out: concurrent classes or something but so far that's not working. All summer she did Tae Kwon Do but now she'll be doing HapKiDo exclusively so that won't work. We all enjoy going to the Y, though.

I love riding my bike but only during spring, autumn and winter if it isn't toooo cold. Again, not now while it's so horribly hot.

My challenge is that if it isn't something we can all do, I don't exercise.

Not now, though! I look forward to joining you for the August thread.
