I'm 31 and for the first time in my life, I am getting PMS. In my real life, I'm not a cryer; I go right to anger and bitterness. In my PMS life, the anger and a feeling of hopelessness is magnified 10x. Is there anything I can do about this (and I don't mean to be flippant but please don't suggest prayer, I've tried)? Vitamins, hormone supplements, anything?

UPDATE: Turns out, I'm pregnant!! So much for those prayers not working, huh?!? You'd think by now I'd know better but I'm still so untrusting. Anyway, I'm having some cramps so I'm begging for prayers for this baby.

I would recommend reading Fertility, Cycles and Nutrition, by Marilyn Shannon. You can find your symptoms in there, and the corresponding food and vitamin recommendations. Very helpful for many women I know. Also, a general all-around vitamin for women is Optivite - you can get it at American Pro-Life Enterprises. They also have one called Vita-PMS, which is basically the same thing, but a little cheaper.
