I am feeling like a stomach bug is coming on, my oldest dd said she feels the same. My resistance is way down after a number of very late, fussy nights with ds, 3 weeks.

Is there something you take at the onset to lessen the intensity? Does Oscillicum work for a stomach bug, or just the flu? Any suggestions?

I've taken probiotics when I feel a stomach bug coming on, and it seems to help.

a little of that probiotic yougurt might help? the activia type or the type that comes in the little drinkable things? like 2 oz, in a yellow and white container?
