Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I was thinking of getting one or two of these for my K/1 guy to use - I am hoping it can be something in his "workbox" that he does independently?

I really want them more for the drawing.

Does anyone have them and like them? Would you use a separate handwriting program?

Thanks

Check them out at your library. I bet yours has it, ours does and it never has anything    I like them personally and one of my sons like them. But I have had 2 sons who really didn't like them because of the perfectionism in themselves, they were really concerned that they couldn't their pictures to look just like the book's picture. I think because they worked so hard on the writing, and that looked great, but the picture didn't seem to "match" in their minds. Anyways, it's been a bust for them.

THANK YOU KACKY. You just saved my budget! I am usually the first to check the library - and I don't know why I never did with this.

We do like them! And do them every Monday (but there are frustration and perfectionist issues that do pop up in some of the drawings). If you want handwriting, I wouldn't use this program alone. Just my .02 cents. My guy can do them independently as well -- but the pages that I do a drawing along side of them always go better.
