Sounds great! I just finished a 3yr old year and other hits were:
stringing beads
all pouring/scooping/tweezing/sorting activities
is it magnetic? box
life cycle cards for frog and butterfly and plant
seasons (we still need to work on)
counting
where does it live? animal sort...I had three pictures of a jungle, ocean, and farm and lots of little toy animals to sort

Yes, sounds like wonderful 3-year-old ideas for the year!!
I'd add getting outdoors, digging, exploring.

That sound wonderful!
Have you thought to include formal lessons on practical matters?
Such as, carrying a glass of water without spilling, folding washcloths into a neat stack and putting away, locks and latches, cutting bananas, soft food, etc. (I use a plastic knife for this, for safety!), pouring a glass of juice from a pitcher, etc.

I'm partial to MWEI's practical life album myself. And seconding, or thirding the practical life stuff for the 3yo! My little guy loves this stuff!!
