is driving me crazy. Does anyone else have trouble getting and keeping things in their shopping cart? I keep trying to put an order together, but if I walk away from the computer for 10 minutes and come back, it all disappears. Sometimes, things just won't drop into my cart at all, no matter how many times I click on the item. I have about given up on ordering from them at all b/c I can't get or keep my order in the cart! Is it my computer or the website or what?

Hi Marianne,

Did you create an account? I think that has to happen first. I've only created a wish list with them, and I store it under "My Account/Access my Wish List".

From there you can transfer things to your cart, although I haven't actually done that and walked away from the computer!

FWIW, I have the problem you describe whenever I use Montessori Services. I have to know everything I want first, then put it all in there before it disappears!

You have to put it into your *saved cart* and they ask you to log in each time!! HTH!

Thank you! I created an account and then had no problems. Now I'm just excited to get my order - I ordered the dressing frame set, some science puzzles and some geography items for my continent boxes!
