Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Has anyone read this?

The one review mentioned that they are Catholic. I'm looking for some Mom inspiration. Can you recommend this?

Books - I read this a few months ago. They are Catholic. I found it to be very dry, poorly written, and a little bit "holier than thou". Sorry - I hate to be so negative, but I didn't care for it.

I have it and would agree with Lisbet.

ETA: It also doesn't give much "in the trenches" info. So if you're looking to see how a family of many does things, this book really doesn't discuss it.

Ahhhhh, well that helps. I am looking for something inspirational about large families that includes the "in the trenches" information. I was going to buy the Duggar's new book since my library doesn't have it, and I wanted to get something else. If not this, then any suggestions?
