We had our 20-week ultrasound yesterday. We were nervous going in as that was when our first's spina bifida was diagnosed. We were thrilled to see a healthy little boy!
I just read in Dawn's thread that a lot of girls are on the way, so I'm glad to do my part to keep things balanced :)

Yeah!!! We just found out a few weeks ago that this baby is a boy too, (we already have two boys) So hopefully there will still be enough blue to go around!!

I have been meaning to update my signature. We found out a few weeks ago that we are having a boy. With six sisters to contend with already, my son was thrilled. And he is the first son among all his cousins, on both sides of the family, to have a brother.

The big brother is definitely excited but my girl is a bit deflated, I think. But she's really enough girl for our family for now and I'm kind of glad to have more time with her as "The Girl."
Dawn, I've heard that the more you have of a particular gender the more you get of that same gender. It seems like I see a lot of families who have four or five all one or the other. At least it makes it easier to store the hand-me-downs!

BTW, Susan, my friend has girl, boy, and then TEN!!! girls.........so, I guess she might agree with your theory
