Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I was going through all of my kids clothes the other day and realized that I need to let my family know that neither boy needs any clothes for Christmas. Then I got to thinking that they don't need any more toys either. I started pondering what was left for my family to give my boys for Christmas - they will want to give them something - and I thought that learning toys/games/puzzles might be the way to go. At least we'd be doing something constructive, right? Anyway, I'd love to get some ideas from you all about what would be good items for a 2 and a half year old and a 1 year old to receive. Thanks in advance for any ideas you can send my way.

Not a toy exactly, but I'm getting my 2yo her own Signing Time DVD. I'm not sure which one yet. We have enjoyed them from the library again and again.

Leap Pad Fridge Phonics
Leap Pad ABC DVD
Baby Einstein Baby Santa DVD

CD/tape player for the kitchen...I know it sounds strange but we have one and love it and my girlfriend received one last Christmas for the family with some CDs and dc love it for music and stories while in the kitchen with Mom

I found some really nice Melissa and Doug puzzles for a great price at TJ Maxx and Marshalls.

My sister gave my ds some Crayola bath colors, bath crayons and etc. last year. He loved them and couldn't wait to take a bath!

Isn't it so fun to plan for Christmas!!!
