I have to be the one teaching them because of dh's hours away from home. I still am white-knuckled sitting there in the passenger seat. One coping mechanism I can share... when my oldest was still learning, I imagined how the Blessed Mother might behave if she were teaching Jesus to drive. (I don't think she would have been kissing the driveway upon arrivng home safely, as I wanted to do) It helped a little, but somehow, I think Jesus would have been a better student than my children
