Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Two different plumbers now have warned me against using flushable wipes...they are flushable but they clog the main sewer line. Ours is now clogged and the auger can't get through it and the guy is talking about the possibility of a backhoe.

Just trying to prevent you from having a big bill and a hole in your front yard.

Hmmm... we have our own septic, out here in the country, and after 5 years we had our septic pumped- there were some floating flush-able wipes there (we use them a lot!) but not 5 years worth!

So I guess they work in a closed, small septic system like ours.... but not a big one connected to the city sewer.

Peace,
Macmom

We had a lot of problems with them just clogging our toilet. We still use them at times, but we have a rule that they go in the garbage, not the toilet.
