And other picture books that need to be written have been on my mind lately.

I had not realized until recently that Mark Twain was such a cat lover. I knew that Winston Churchill always had an orange (ginger) cat wherever he lived, and since orange cats might be the best kind of cat possible, that only makes him more great.

But it got me thinking today about picture books that need to be written:

Twain and his cats.. or Churchill and his cats.... obviously both would do

picture books about Easter and Pentecost (we have lamented that problem here

picture books about homeschooling families... good grief, we could all write at least one about the funny/heartwarming/crazy things that we have encountered with our kids on the homeschool front

picture books on the crusades

Hmm... what else?
