This book will go on sale on Oct 10 or so. It's three of his books (The Story of the Three Wise Kings, Night of Las Posadas, and The Legend of the Pointsettia, as well as several illustrated Christmas carols) in one volume- 112 pages.

Wouldn't it make a lovely Christmas present for godchildren or a new baby?

We actually have all the books mentioned and we just love them. My dds are both in our parish choir and Hark! Christmas Sampler is very lovely.

We were able to get a copy of The Story of The Three Kings and it is also a great book. We've had an Epiphany Tea with the Mexican tradition of hot chocolate and a "rosca de reyes" (kings bread) with plastic babies in the bread. It's a fun way to read the story and celebrate "dia de los reyes".

Thanks for posting Melinda, I've given our goddaughter a De Paola book for christmas the last three years. This sounds like a perfect one to get her this year!

Aha- that is why I never, ever see copies of it anywhere. We have the other two books, but I might have to get this one just for the Three Kings. Not a bad price for all that! I'm anxious to see how it is... I"m dreaming of glossy pages and bright colors. I hope it does not disappoint!
