I would like to recommend a book to any of you who have littles who are afraid of the dark. We just discovered Go Away, Dark Night by Liz Curtis Higgs (author of the nature Parable series of books...The Sunflower Parable, The Pine Tree Parable, etc.). I love the simple Scripture verses at the bottom of each page that correlate to what is going on in the story, just like in the Parable series. (It is not so long that the kids get restless and tired of each "lesson" taught with each verse.)

I think it is very effective and wanted to share.
