I've been eagerly waiting for it, but sadly not available either through Netflix or Amazon Streaming.

Only the older version, which I haven't watched.

No. I, too, am looking forward to its release here!

The old ones are actually pretty good if you don't mind that stage-playish film style that the BBC used at that time.

I have seen all the episodes of the new series. I watched it with my oldest son (12). There were a couple of episodes that caused a bit of discussion (homosexuality and adultery) in the house, but overall we enjoyed the series.
