I LOVE the Magnificat magazine! It has morning and evening prayer from the liturgy of the hours, the daily Mass readings along with a related meditation by a spiritual writer or saint, and also a page on the life of a saint for each day of the month. I find it very inspiring to read the meditation and saint of the day page. And it's a convenient size and format to use as a missalette or simply to read the Mass readings at home for private prayer.

I have to second Irene's recommendation. If I don't do any spiritual reading for the day because I couldn't decide what to read, I always have something prepared by reading the Magnificat. And I can't think of a better meditation for each day than the day's readings.

Right now my daily reading is the Magnificat too. I have one other suggestion. A few years ago I bought the In Conversation with God books. I found the daily readings really resonated with my life at the time. Many of the mom's at our church love these books and this is their main daily spiritual reading.
