A homeschool mom was telling me today that for Christmas, she was going to try to make kneelers for her children for prayer time.

She was going to pick their favorite colors for material, sew a slip cover, a put it foam type material.
She thought she would give them their own prayer candle and maybe a prayer book to go along with it.

I thought this was a beautiful idea.

Has anyone else done this or a similar idea?

I have a friend who found an antique kneeler and refinished it for her daughter's bedroom. She had it in a corner of her bedroom with Icons and a hanging vigil lamp behind it. It was very pretty and made a nice little prayer space.
