I was just thinking that I have my oldest home for one more year before she starts going off to college and whatnot. She's busy but I was thinking some sort of study of Catholicism to do with her during that year (and maybe a couple of the other older kids) would be a nice and helpful thing to do. Not that we haven't done studying and talking and generally learning the faith, I was just thinking one that looks at it from an adult perspective would be good.

Any suggestions? an actual study would be nice.. but it could also just be a good book to work through with or without chapter questions.

There are some great Bible-based studies over at the St. Paul Center for Biblical Theology. Courses are free, too!
