I'm probably the last person to 'discover' the mobile phone

Anyhow I'd love to know your favourite prayer apps, in particular anything FREE as I'm planning on sharing this list with my College children too.

I have also heard you can have prayer reminders sent. Anyone do this?

If you are a prayer app user how do you have your day organised via prayer?

I love iBreviary for the Divine Office, the daily Mass Readings,prayers, and rites. It is free. Another great resource is Pray More Novenas, which delivers novena reminders and prayers to your inbox (again, free). It's really nice to get those reminders! Sometimes I pray the prayers they email each day during the novena, sometimes I will pray the novena with more traditional prayers. Another favorite app is iPieta (see the list of the contents of this app here).. I costs $0.99 (not even a dollar!!) I especially love that it has the entire Latin Vulgate side-by-side or line-by-line with the Douay-Rheims. Great Biblical resources like Haydock, Catena Aurea, and Lapide. Also, has many prayers in both English and Latin as well as fantastic spiritual classics such as Introduction to the Devout Life, Imitation of Christ, Spiritual Combat, and tons of writings by saints, catechisms, cousels, encyclicals....I could go on! A really fantastic resource.
I will say that I tried to download the audio files for iPieta quite a while ago and it was not successful, but even without them there is a wealth of great information and spiritual help in this app. Maybe someone more tech-savvy would be successful with the audio files!

I like iBreivary too and have an app called Angelus that will buzz at noon and pulls up the Angelus prayers. The kids hear the chime and shout, "Mom! Time to say your prayers!" (there's also one called Angelus Pro.)

The Marians of the Immaculate Conception also have a Rosary and Divine Mercy app that I like.
