I would like my teenagers to read a good book on St. Patrick. We have enjoyed picture books in the past, but I am looking for a more in depth, true, sympathetic book on St. Patrick. Any ideas?

Is one that I have on my list. At this point I couldn't begin to tell you where I may have gotten the recommendation. Hopefully, you'll get some options that people have read and can recommend as well.

I haven't read this yet, but I just received a TAN catalog and this book was listed A Man Cleansed by God: A Novel Based on the Life of St. Patrick
By: John Edward Beahn.

This is an historical novel. I'm eager to try the books by this author. I wonder if they are similar to Louis de Wohl.

I may have another book to suggest...there was another I had which was really good.
