I hesitate to respond to this because I do not have direct experience with my teen using this. I do have a friend who used it when she was in 9th grade and really enjoyed it. Her family was already attending daily mass, saying a daily rosary and going to confession weekly.So that made it much easier. It could be very intimidating for one who is not already doing that.

It is written as an adult book, I think, but it written such that I do think a teen would benefit from it and could easy use it.
