We try to do a daily Rosary although in all fairness I shouldn't make that claim since it's been at least 2 weeks since we last did it. I get tired of always being the one to start it. (yes I know this means that I'm lazy)
We say Grace before meals and short prayers before bedtime. We're not 100% consistent yet.
Can you share with me your family's prayer routine?

Struggling, too.
We used to do a family rosary each Sunday. It has fallen off the radar, unfortunately. I am waiting for dh to pick it up because I am trying to keep our noontime Angelus going(I LOVE that prayer), grace at meals(easy, for some reason), and bedtime examination and prayers.
I do more prayer personally(it is easier than rounding up the goldfish?) and am hoping MY prayer life will spill over more into my family

We don't do a family rosary (I know. I know. It would be good if we did . . . ).
What we do do:
1. prayer at the start of our school day (Creed, Our Father, Hail Mary, Salve Regina, St. Michael)
2. Angelus at lunchtime (ideally noon, but hey, it's usually noon in some time zone)
3. Grace at all meals
4. Compline at bedtime, with examination of conscience.
Special novenas such as the St. Andrew and the Christmas Novenas, as the season suggests.
I love the rosary, and we pray it a lot in the car, but as a family prayer we have a hard time making it work for some reason. For us parts of the Daily Office are easier to do -- our kids are older and can all read, which helps, and they've memorized so much that we don't even necessarily need books for everyone. I usually read the psalmody, since that changes from day to day. We used to start our school day with Morning Prayer but haven't done that this year -- I should probably climb back on the wagon!
Again, this is what works with children aged 15, 10, and 9, plus the 18-year-old when she's home from college. When my now-18- and 15-year-olds were little, and we were Anglican not Catholic, our routine consisted of singing the Our Father at bedtime.
We have gone through many routines in the years we've been Catholic . . . different things have worked for us at different times, depending on the ages of our children and the circumstances of our family life. The important thing, I think, is that we do do *something* daily to demonstrate that we as a family honor and want to talk to God.

Trying My Best and other who struggle, God knows your desire to please Him! It really is work to pray daily as a family. This isn't to discourage, but to reassure! Right now we pray...
Morning Offering upon waking
Prayer before meals
Start of studies: prayer being memorized by youngest family member
Angelus at lunch
Examination of conscience at bed time
Rosary - individually
Hail Holy Queen - at signs of trouble, especially while driving
And...what Sally said
Love,

We pray the Morning offering at the start of school, Angelus(when we remember), meal prayers, and we try to at least get one decade of the rosary in before bed. I would love to pray the whole rosary but with a newborn and a 3 year old, it just doesn't happen(unless the 3 yr. old is sleeping )

Our prayer routine:
:: Morning prayers - Before breakfast every weekday. Includes morning offering, prayers for the day, hymns, etc.
:: Mealtime prayers - One of my goals this year is to start the Angelus again with the children at meals, which we haven't done in a couple years.
:: Rosary - In the evening, as a family. My husband and I both wear the brown scapular, so a daily rosary is a promise we have made to Our Lady. Occasionally we will do this after the kids go to bed if we're out for the whole evening, but usually it's all together. My older three pray along; the younger three just play nearby. Our goal is for them to at least play quietly, but that doesn't usually happen. ;)
:: Bedtime prayers - Prayers based on the devotion for the month, Act of Contrition, before-bed blessings.
