Has anyone read the book: Kateri Native American Saint? It looks really great. However, one of the reviews at Amazon gives me a little pause in saying it's not really a children's book, but in a picture book format. I don't know much about Bl. Kateri's life, so I don't know how graphic the details might be.

Betsy, I'm not familiar with it, but thanks for calling it to my attention. It does look lovely - gorgeous illustrations.   I did do some searching around and looked at the author's website and some other promotinal NM places. It is never referred to as a children's picture book, so I'm assuming that yes, it might be for an older reader even though the length and illustration style might indicate a youth book. Hopefully someone here has actually read it.
