Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I just received my Totally Lent booklet for my daughter. After browsing through it, I think this will be a great activity for her this Lent. She is only 7 years old, and I hope that having a daily page to read and activities to do will help her get more meaning out of the season.

Has anybody else used these resources?

We use the student planners from that publisher. The kids have fun with them. Honestly, we use them more for fun than for planning, though. The kids like the activities. I haven't found anything questionable in them (ok, the kids do always look for "National Donut Day" and make sure we celebrate...but they have the saint feast days highlighted as well).
The planners were good enough that we are trying the Totally Lent books in our house too - we have 2 primary and 2 grades 4-6 ordered. I'm hoping for some solid materials...we'll see.

God bless,
Christine

I ordered a planner for this Fall, so I'm glad to hear that you like it. It looked really fun, even if we don't use it as a planner.

Hi Lara,

This looks fantastic. Is it published every year?

I don't know. This is the company our Parish uses for the Children's Liturgy and I went out to poke around and found these books.

I received mine and it has daily activities like crosswords, rebus puzzles, and mystery words to complement the daily readings. (I have the primary grades version). I'm not sure how the older versions are laid out each day.

We've used them before and the kids really enjoyed them.

The ones for the older kids are similar in layout, just a little more challenging.

God Bless,

Anita

I wish I'd seen the teen one befopre but then it also looks like you have to be from the USA or Puerto Rico to be able to order or I'd order for ds10 the middle group one .

The Catholic Company on line still has the Totally Lent books.
The code Order15 is worth 15% off through Sunday.
