Hi!
I was going through my Catholic Mosaic book and going to place an order for several Catholic picture books for the new school year. I had a few questions about a couple of the books.

1. What is the difference between The Little Caterpillar that finds JesusT, and The Caterpillar that came to Church?

2. We attend the Extraordinary right and am more on the conservative side. I'm wondering how these books picture the inside of the church and the Mass? People receiving communion in hand? etc..

I have Father Phillip tells a Ghost Story which I believe is by the same author, and we just love that book. I was thinking of getting more of the "Precious Life Books", which can be seen here: Precious Life Books

3. Are there any of these titles that you can recommend and say something about?

Susana,

I had the book right next to me since we are reading it this coming week. We own The Little caterpillar that finds Jesus and I'm sorry I don't know anything about the other book.

The inside of the church in the church is a two story structure with stain glass windows. When the children are receiving communion the picture shows a little girl kneeling with her hands together( palms together fingers up to the air) and the priest holding the host in front of her about to give it to her.

I think it is a very touching story and a nice addition to FCH prep.

Thank you! I appreciate your input. My children get confused when they see things that they don't see at our church, like altar girls, communion in the hand, etc.. I like to show them the more traditional type Catholic church and Mass settings they are familiar with.
