Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Can you share some of your traditions and activities you do at home for the feasts that occur in the Chrismas season? Looking for ideas here. Thanks!

We like to point the New years confetti poppers at the tree . It doesent really have anything to do with the Circumcision of Our Lord, but it makes the tree pretty.
I guess I need ideas too .

Only have a bit of time so can't search for the old threads, but there have been some for the specific Christmas season feast days. If you search St. Stephen or Holy Innocents or Mary, Mother of God as well as the others, you should find some of the previous suggestions for those feast days.

There are some great traditions in various cultures - searching google for specific traditions by country and feast day would be a good way to find some.

There are also some ideas in the O Night Divine blog archives.

Blessed Christmas season to all...got to run...

I have a handout setting out ways to celebrate the Solemnity of Mary, Mother of God and Epiphany that I would be happy to email anyone who is interested. The information is too long to post onto the boards. Just PM me with your email address and I will email them to you right away.
