Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Dd3 and I are off to pray in front of a clinic not 2 miles from where we live.
Please pray for the women I meet today and for me to be open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

thank you

I am back. I just now realized that I posted this in the wrong forum.
I was surprised to see the number of women going to this clinic so early on a Saturday morning. Not all were there for an abortion(I pray), and not at all from lower income. But all but one woman were of color, either hispanic or black. Boy, did we pray! I stayed on the other side of the street with Dorothea praying. The counselors were in front of the clinic on public property.
I really don't know where the Lord is leading me with this. I just knew that I am now in the situation, that it is possible to take action. Praying at home is just as important for the defense of the children yet to be born, but I've felt a definite nudge in another direction lately. This is the 2nd time that I have prayed in front of a clinic, but this time I actually witnessed the mothers entering the clinic. Some look so vulnerable and some very hardened.
Have mercy on us and on the whole world.

Keep praying!!! Maybe you will help SOMEONE, you never know. Save those babies and their mommies! As you said, "have mercy on us and on the whole world."

God bless,
Christine
