Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Does anyone know where I could source one? The official website for St Gemma will only accept American requests for a free holy card and I'd really like one for our baby girl who turned one today!

Lucy~
This isn't what you're asking for, but thought I'd throw it out there anyway. A friend of mine is an artist and does beautiful drawings/portraits of Catholic religious art. She has one of St. Gemma, whihc is on this page of her website. Scroll down a bit.

Thanks Suzanne - she does beautiful work. I think a couple of the different items would be lovely - I'll have to ask dh about it.

Maybe I could just make a holy card by printing off an image of St Gemma for DD. I like them to have the saint of their day of birth on their holy card collection key rings, because I like to imagine their saint was watching over them on that day when I could not be.

Lucy,
They sell a St. Gemma holy card here at Totally Catholic for 69 cents. Not sure of shipping/mailing to England. It's in the first section.

Also, another option it to get the free ones sent to someone here in the US - then could send it on to you. I'd be willing to do that if you want.
