It was great to see you posting Ruth. We are reading 'Garment of Grace' at present and I spent yesterday afternoon re-sewing new, strong brown cords onto all the scapulars, it is amazing how quickly everyone wears them out!

Ruth, great post! I was thinking of making our family more brown scapulars, and then our son's wife decided to offer making them for us. How great is that? There are benefits to having older married children who remember their mommy and the rest of the gang under our roof. LOL I've sent your post link to her to see, thanking her again for her initiation into making them for the church to sell as well.

Ruth, I did read your post earlier today. I loved it and I think my children would love it!!! Right now they all wear the tiny scapular. Thanks for sharing!
