A Way of Life for Young Catholics by Fr Stephen Wang, published by the Catholic Truth Society.

It's a short (100 pp) booklet with lots of topics arranged as lists of five things with a short explanation -- but very sound, and very comprehensive, under headings like 'How to live your Catholic Faith', 'How to Pray', 'How to be Holy' and subheadings like 'Five essentials of Catholic life', 'Five elements of prayer', and so on.

A great summary of Catholic teaching, and very practical. It's an education for me too! I would say it would need to be pre-read and would be suitable for older teenagers; for example m***urbation is mentioned under 'five things to avoid'. There is also very sensible advice about dating and relationships.

I just wanted to pass it on because I've never come across this sort of thing for Catholics before -- there's lots of this sort of thing coming from a Protestant perspective. I'll definitely be keeping a copy for my dc when the time comes.
