Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Anyone listening to Cat.Chat with their kids?

I just got one volume on loan, and my kids *loved* it (I think it was cd #4- all about the mass).

I was thinking of buying the set with my Christmas money.
Any thoughts?

Our VBS this past summer used Cat Chat's program (about Mary) and we bought the CD (because we were helping with VBS). My younger kids really enjoyed the songs -- very upbeat and easy to dance to.

Another cassette that we like is "Hi God" (on the life of Christ). It's music is slower, gentler. I know that they have other cds, but I've only heard this one.

We have them all except the Easter CD. They LOVE them!

It's fun that they have the "music only" tracks at the end for "putting on shows" and singing.
Good reinforcement of the Faith.
It's actually Catholic music that is well done and good!
The dialogue gets a bit corny at times.....but younger kids don't notice....only me .
Highly recommended and I've never regretted spending money on them.

Sign up for their newsletters, as they occasionally have on-line prices, free shipping, etc. They almost always do for Lent, etc. So, if you can wait a couple of weeks....you'd save a bit of $$$

All the boys love them here - and I'm amazed what little facts about the faith they retain.

My kids love CatChat too! I thought they might be too young for my 8-year-old, but he puts on the CDs as often as my 3-year-old does. We have all except the Easter one.
And I must reccomend CatChat VBS! My homeschool group does a VBS each year, and Catchat was the overwhelming favorite as far as content, good music, and ease of use.

We have them all and love them. My dh is not over keen on the voice of Moses the cat - but that apart the kids love them. The music is great - so if I want to avoid the dialogue I just forward to the music tracks.

I would just like to add that we were blessed to see "Cat Chat" in concert last fall. They are a beautiful faith filled Catholic family from Canada.Very inspiring!(I wonder if they homeschool as they travel a lot.)

We LOVE CatChat!
In fact I think we have loved it too much!

A friend of mine is the Australian seller. She has been trying to spread the word about them in our dio.

We love catchat here too. They always do the kids programming at the summer catholic conference we go to here in alberta canada. We've seen them many times in concert.

The only problem is the songs get stuck in my head LOL.

Janelle (popular and succesfull catholic recording artist) does a lot of the female singing parts. She has a lovely voice.

Cat Chat! Cat Chat!! We're learning more about Jesus...

urgh, now it's stuck in my head again.

We just discovered them this year. I mean, 2007, not 08. OK, that'd be last year. LOL

Very catchy, orthodox music. The kids looooove it. And, wow, they go around singing the words, and it's awesome to hear little children running around singing, "I want to say YES just like Mary did!"

Too cool.

I listen to the songs even when the kids aren't with me!
We often give the CDs as gifts for Godchildren,etc...

My kids LOVE Cat Chat. We have the first 4, and I plan on buying the rest. It is so sweet to hear their voices singing along with the music!
