Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Thanks to Elizabeth, I ordered this book, and just received it. It is absolutely a true "treasure" indeed. It's "arranged with the virtues of the Rosary." It also has other spiritual topics. We'll definately be using this for copy work. The quotes aren't very long; some are only one line, which is great for the younger kids.

Thank you again, Elizabeth.

God bless you.

So glad to see another thumbs up for this- it is on the top of my Amazon wishlist.    Does anyone have the other two books? I think one is quotes from Teresa of Avila, and I don't remember the other.

Ruth,
I'm so glad you like the book! The quotes in it are the same one used in the rosary cd I wrote about here.. I really love the way St. There's spirituality and the rosary are beautifully intertwined.

It's been my sole source of copywork lately, too Maria!

I was wondering about how to use it as copywork. Do you pass the book around to each of the kids, or do you copy it onto a board for all to see? Do you do have them copy the Joyful mysteries on Mondays, and so forth? I really have no idea how to use it, but the main reason I bought it was for copywork, and now I feel lost

It's such a beautiful little book. I love it!!!

I use Start Write and I type it into Start Write and print it out in the font suitable for each child.

I just received the Teresa of Avila Sermon in a Sentence - it's great as well (and also organized around the Rosary)
