Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I just threw out a whole bunch of air-dry/firing clay because it had molded and I couldn't get the smell out. I was storing it in air-tight Rubbermaid containers, but apparently the moisture from the clay condensing inside the container made it mold.

How do you store this kind of clay? (For reference, I think that this clay is what I had.)

At the art dept of my college the clay was stored wrapped in paper (somewhat waxy) and then in boxes, on metal shelves or cupboards. Maybe don't store in plastic?

At any rate, I found this remedy, in case it helps.

I remembered your post when I came across this article from the Artful Crafter that addresses clay storage. Maybe you'll find some good ideas here.
