Brigid is enjoying the Prairie Primer this year. With a history spine and living books I might like to continue this type of study.Has anyone used an AG unit study guide(s)? Any recommendations?

Hi Viv, we don't have the study guide per se (didn't know there was one) but we have many of the AG books and the rest are at our library so we always include them into the time period we are studying. Have you seen the literature alive site, there is a wonderful file put together by Suzanne that is very nice for notebooking or lapbooking, or embelishing your study depending on your method of keeping things together. Go to literaturealive.com and click on files and it's under American Girl unit. HTH.

Also there is a group that started for just this thing at AGHomeschooling@yahoogroups you are welocome to join us. we have been quiet latly however we are always looking for new ideas.

Molly, thanks for the AG yahoo group, I'll check that one out too. What ages are your girls, maybe we could begin a little online discussion for our girls to talk about and share their AG experiences??? What do you think. I have one dd almost 9. Anyone else care to chime in too?? Thanks again.

Meredith, my dds are 8,almost 9, 7 and 6...great idea to hook them up and see what we can get going. I will post this to the AGHomeschooling group, however in light of the Popes condition I think I will wait a few days. Thanks again.
