Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Does anybody have a recommendation for a timeline book? I'd like to have something that I can reference major world events, cultures, wars, kings/queens, rulers, people, etc. as I build history plans. Something that allows me to look at a period of time and narrow it down to a few major events/places/whatever for our studies.

I found Timelines Of World History and several timelines at The History Shop. This timeline and this one look interesting.

What do have as a reference in aiding your history plans?

I use the one you can find in the Emmanuel Books catalog called Timetables of History. It's based on a very famous German book, a book we had at home when I was growing up. It has a lot of information!
